Required Prerequisite Courses for Traditional and BSN Applicants College Equivalency Tables

Equivalency tables are meant to be a guideline for evaluating coursework you have taken (or may take) at a regionally accredited institution. The following courses are required for students who plan to obtain the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing.

All courses are subject to approval by the School of Nursing when the applicant applies for admission. Additionally, applicants must receive a grade of "C" or higher in all required courses and all courses must meet the minimum semester credit hours listed.

Applicants must complete all required math and science courses in bold below prior to applying. Applicants may apply while lacking up to 9 hours of non-math/-science courses; however, they must complete any lacking hours prior to enrolling if admitted.
