The Public Health Nurse Leader track is for students with a master's degree in nursing who desire leadership preparation in population-based public health nursing. Nurses in this track receive a Public Health Certificate from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston School of Public Health concurrent with their DNP degree. This program is not for students who have master's level preparation in public health or community health. More information about the UTHSC Houston program can be found here.
