  • Nursing Leadership for the Work Environments of Tomorrow
  • During a time when the nursing shortage is escalating, we plan to educate the future nursing leaders in "Magnet-Like Work Environments" so that they may be the role models of tomorrow.
  • Teaching and Research Scholars Program
  • Students in the nursing lab.America will need 1,200,000 nurses by 2014 -nurses trained to deliver high-quality, science-based care. This program is designed to grow our future educators and researchers by developing a mentoring relationship between faculty, students and collaborating partners. Students at all levels (undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral) will be provided with exposure to and exploration of knowledge building through research.
