Abstracts will be accepted through April 1, 2013.

Guidelines for Submission:
- All listed authors must complete the online Bio/Waiver/Disclosure Form (prior to submitting the abstract) https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BioDisclosureWaiver
- Your abstract will not be reviewed if this is not completed.
- Abstract Format – create your abstract in an MS Word Document (do not pdf)
- All of the below should fit on one page.
- Use Times New Roman Font 11 or 12 – SINGLE SPACE.
- Title of Abstract (first line)
- List the presenting author first (include credentials, organization/university, address, phone & email)
- List co-authors, credentials and agency
- The abstract should contain (in separately labeled paragraphs)
- Problem/purpose
- Background
- Discussion of the issue or concepts/variables of interest
- Population, sample, setting if research and description of the community if community resource
- Methods (research) or interventions (practice/teaching)
- Findings, conclusions, and implications
- Submission- Email your abstract as an attachment to mcgoon@uthscsa.edu no later than April 1, 2013.
Important: The poster board surface area is 4’tall x 6’ across (cork covering) If you make your poster the exact size of the board you will not be able to pin it on the corked area.
Anyone attending to present their poster must register and pay registration fee.
