Code of Conduct

As a student here you will be given respect for what you know and an opportunity to make a difference. Engage in all learning experiences and then leave behind something good for those who follow you.

Many things are expected of all of us as health care professionals, including positive, pro-active, goal directed, collaborative behavior. The Flex Faculty believes these same attributes create a healthy, inclusive and productive learning environment. So, to that end, we have committed to a Code of Conduct that we invite you to join us in actualizing.

1. Show respect for yourself and others at all times.
2. Seek to understand and find common ground.
3. Work together for the benefit of all.
4. Do what you know to be right.
5. Look after the well being of mind and body.
6. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good
7. Be truthful and honest at all times
8. Take full responsibility for your actions
