Rosalie Tierney-Gumaer, MSN, MPH, RN, Director of Nursing Continuing Education has 30 years experience in nursing, including nursing education, nursing administration and staff nursing. She has worked internationally in a diverse multicultural healthcare environment. Ms. Tierney-Gumaer has been an administrator, program developer and presenter in continuing education as well as academic education. She has experience in educational activities and total program planning. She brings to the department a visionary, multidisciplinary and state of the art approach to continuing education. Sherece McGoon, Conference Coordinator II, Nursing Continuing Education (CE). Sherece has over 10 years service for the State specifically for the Nursing School.  In her role as Conference Coordinator II for the Nursing CE Office, she manages the office, coordinates program development, logistics and provides overal customer support.  She updates the CE website and creates online registrations and surveys to meet the needs of each conference and event. She is positive and supports tthe department and its growth.
