FROM LOOP 410 WEST: Take Babcock Exit, turn north on Babcock, go to Louis Pasteur Dr., Turn right on Louis Pasteur, stop at the entry control station at the top of the hill and park as directed.

FROM IH 10 WEST: Take Wurzbach Exit, turn west on Wurzbach, go to Floyd Curl Drive. Turn left on Floyd Curl, stop at the entry control station across from Methodist Hospital and park as directed.

The UTHSCSA School of Nursing reserves the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment. Registering in advance is your best insurance against this disappointment. A confirmation of registration will be sent to participants registered by the due date.

No tape recording of the conference is permitted. Because of the adult nature of the learning experiences planned, children are not allowed in the classroom, nor are they to be left outside the classroom unsupervised.

It is suggested that you bring a wrap as the room temperature may vary.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing see registration form for specifica cancellation guidelines.. Cancellations are assessrd a $50 processing fee.
